Insurance​

I am happy to bill your health insurance for your treatment. Insurance plans vary greatly on deductibles, copays/coinsurance, and covered services, so it is best to check your benefits prior to your appointment. I'd be glad to double-check your insurance benefits for you as well. You are responsible for any deductible, copay/coinsurance, and any non-covered amounts.
